'How much is a cleaning service?'
Prices largely depend on the household. No household is the same and everyone has different requirements and different sized homes. We base our prices on the amount of work to be undertaken per job.
'What is your service area?'
Quite a few! We cover Welshpool and all surrounding areas, including ; Newtown, Oswestry and Shropshire borders (all bookings are subject to availability within that area).
'What if I am not satisfied with your service?'
If you are not satisfied with our services, contact me within 48 hours and we will return within 24 hours to clean any unsatisfactory areas.
'Can I have a regular service?'
We can call as often as you wish. Typically people like a weekly service, but we also cater for fortnightly and monthly services too!
'Can I have a one off service?'
Absolutely! We offer one off cleans for many different households.
'What payment methods do you accept?'
We accept most payment methods. The most popular is via an invoice and using bank transfers. Cash and cheques are also accepted.
'What if I need to cancel my cleaning one week?'
We would ask for 48 hours notice where possible please. The normal cleaning schedule will resume the following week.
'What if I need to add some extra tasks or services?'
We can customise your services to suit your requirements. Just let us know in good time so we can schedule you in.
'What about our pets?'
We love them! Please let us know if you have any special instructions for any of your pets.
'Do I need to supply the cleaning materials and equipment?'
No, we carry a very extensive kit to every home. If you would prefer us to use your own, that is fine but we cannot guarantee we will achieve our usual high standards.
