Freedom Domestic Services is a brand new business providing domestic cleaning and home help within Welshpool, Oswestry and the surrounding areas.
I am Jo, owner of a local, small and friendly, efficient and professional company that provides affordable and reliable services to homes and families.

It is important to me that each client has a bespoke service to suit their individual domestic needs and budget.

I am easily identified, not only by the name on my uniform but by the smile that I bring to your home.

Every home is different, be rest assured you and your home will be treated and cleaned with the same respect as if my own.

About Me
​I am Jo and I am the founder of Freedom Domestic Services.
This brand new company was started after I had difficulty in finding an available, regular cleaner in my area.
As a busy Mum and Nana, working full time with a hefty commute, employing a cleaner was my saviour. It made such a difference to know that I could arrive home on the same day, every week with the knowledge that the household chores had been taken care of. It meant that my time was finally free to bake for my family, help look after my grandchildren, or even enjoy a long soak in the bath. The benefits were endless to me.
I have called the company Freedom for a good reason. I want people feel the way I did after their cleaning service. I felt free. Free to spend more time with my family. Free to enjoy cooking again and free to have some time to pursue hobbies once again.
Having a cleaner really did bring a smile to my face.
It then made me think of other important services I could offer. I soon realised that although there is care in the community, I hadn’t really heard of the good old Home Help service in recent years. Communities helped our family, friends and neighbours when they had a spell in hospital or when a baby was born but sometimes Home Help was required. Of course being neighbourly is still thankfully very common, but many people have busy lives and maybe can’t be available like they once were.
My Companion/Home Help service is something that really can be a benefit to those who need a little support. I am genuinely excited to meet new friends and help them to live independently once again.
